T. S. Eliot once said, “Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don’t mean to do harm — but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.”
Who knew that T.S. Eliot lived long enough to see Rick Bunker serve on Borough Council.
Rick Bunker recommends a convicted felon, registered sex offender, and zoning code violator for sidewalk work.
Our council VP Rick Bunker just recommended a business cited for violating the zoning ordinance for running a concrete business out of his home to a resident looking for sidewalk work. Did I also happen to mention that this person is also a convicted felon and a registered sex offender? Did I mention that Bunker has accused those who have brought this contractor to justice of wasting tax payer dollars? Or that this contractor has a long history of making threats against neighbors and breaking the law?
What sickness lies in the mind of Rick Bunker? Sociopathy comes to mind.
I thought Rick Bunker's information was most useful. Half of Jenkintown's per capita tax goes to administrative costs, so I stated that if Jenkintown were a charity, it would not past muster with most charity watchdog groups. That's all.
I never made a fat joke about Rick Bunker. Not once. He himself has acknowledged that he is a large man, and he is physically imposing. I'm sure he uses that to his advantage.
Oh, wait. Maybe he's talking about this:
So, I guess that means he's okay being called an idiot.
One could be forgiven for thinking that this self-proclaimed "lefty-liberal" would consider Al Franken a political hero, in which case, what's good for the goose isn't good for the gander, I guess. Incidentally, he regularly posts inciting, satirical images about our president, but because he's at the "lowest political rung" and doesn't get paid, he gets a pass.
Whether or not he is corrupt, I do not know, but he acts in a manner consistent with someone who has something to hide. I have stated that repeatedly, because it is true.
And yes, he is a liar. And a hypocrite.
